Mod Your System understands that in various cases
after purchasing an item, not all Customers may be completely happy with their
goods. Mod Your System regrets to inform the Customers that Mod Your System
does not allow any return or exchange once the item(s) have been deemed to be
delivered to you due to the nature of the item(s) sold on the website unless
defects due to manufacturing is reported within 10 days after receipt of the
item(s) by the Customer. If Mod Your System makes an error and ships the wrong
product, Mod Your System will replace it with the correct item if the product
is in its original packaging.
Which means that the product must be unopened. If the product is opened Mod
Your System may buy back the product if it is in mint condition. If the correct
item is temporarily out of stock, Mod Your System will fill the order when the
item returns to stock. If Mod Your System cannot fill the order
at any time, a store credit or refund will be authorized at the Customers request.
The Customer is responsible for shipping costs of all returns.
All returns of merchandise are subject to a 15%
restocking fee, as well as shipping costs.
Merchandise may only be returned for a store credit, unless it is defective.
Mod Your System does not allow any refund or exchange for any item that has
been tampered with or with warranty seals broken.
Compatibility. Mod Your System strongly urges
the Customer to check compatibility before ordering products.
If an item is returned due to incompatibility, Mod Your System is unable to
replace the item.
Risk of Loss: Title of products passes from
Mod Your System to the Customer on delivery to the courier. Loss or damage that
occurs during shipping
by a carrier selected by Mod Your System is the Customers responsibility. Loss
or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by the
Customer is the Customer's responsibility. Title to software will remain with
the applicable licenser(s). All items purchased from Mod Your System are made
pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title
for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We take no responsibility
for delays in shipping such as customs delays.
Important when sending packages to us:
-make sure to protect your package real good
in the mail-Please include Name, phone # with area code, return address and
email address
If sending your console from outside Canada make sure you write REPAIR on the
package and customs declaration if you fail to do this we will get charged duties
and taxes wich may result in refusal of package.
Do Not send packages from UPS courier outside Canada as they will be refused by us due to UPS sending us additional billing!
